ACP-EU Programme of Digital Response to covid-19 crisis

Digital services can reduce the impact of pandemics and crises: staying connected with institutions and partners is an effective response to crises. Aware of the importance of digital technologies, the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OEACP) and the European Union are developing an ambitious programme: DIRECCT. Funded by the EU, it is being deployed in more than 55 ACP countries through 10 projects. It is implemented jointly by Agence française de développement (AFD) and the Belgian development agency, Enabel.
