DIRECCT supports the digitalization of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Togo, Benin and 15 Caribbean countries

Digital technology enables companies to increase their resilience in the face of crises, but above all to develop their business. Through trainings, workshops and awareness campaigns on themes related to digitalization, as well as individualized support tailored to their needs, the ACP DIGI project aims to strengthen the digital skills of of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and thus increase their resilience and competitiveness. 

With the support of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo and Benin, and the Caribbean Export Development Agency , close to 1,000 micro, small and medium-sized businesses have already initiated a digital transformation plan.
