The DIRECCT programme will be presented to the press on Tuesday 16 November in Dakar. The event will take place at the Radisson Hotel from 10am (Senegal time). It is organised by the European Union, the Agence française de développement and the Belgian development agency, Enabel. It will take place in more than 50 countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific, in collaboration with more than 20 international and local, public and private organisations. The projects implemented in Senegal will be presented by our local partners: Oxfam and Réseau Bretagne Solidaire.
DIRECCT is designed by the OEACP (Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States) and the European Union.
